Pick the route that is right for you! Spend the day pedaling 10, 20 or 30 miles through the beautiful seacoast communities of outer Cape Cod, Massachusetts. Enjoy exceptional views of the breathtakingly beautiful sand dunes in the Provincelands, cycle the gently rolling hills of Truro, and take in the sweeping beach vistas of Truro while raising critical funds to assist women with chronic and life threatening illness on the outer Cape.

- Be ready to ride and have a great time for a good cause!
- Contact us via email or phone and we'll mail you a registration packet. Riders must raise a minimum of $200 to help support Helping Our Women, an incorporated 501(c)3 non-profit agency serving women with chronic and life threatening illness from Provincetown to Eastham.
What you need to bring...
- Tuned bicycle
- ANSI-approved helmet
- Spare inner tube
Loop 1: (Tentative) Head out to Herring Cove Beach from Commercial Street. Loop around the Provincelands to Route 6A. Cycle down to Cape Inn (Rest Stop) then off to the Finish Line at the Surfside Inn.
Loop 2: Head out to Herring Cove Beach from Commercial Street. Loop around the Provincelands to Route 6A. Cycle out 6A to North Truro and head back into Provincetown via 6A.
Loop 3: Continue on 6A to Castle Road. Ride through Truro center to Route 6. Head back on Route 6 to 6A. Cycle back into Provincetown on Route 6A.
